"It gives me immense pleasure to introduce you to NDC. I feel
very proud of our establishment. My background constitutes of qualifying
in 1993 from Manchester University. Then carrying out a year of
vocational training within County Durham. I then carried out further
training with hospital posts in the fields of Oral Surgery (extractions
and surgical procedures), Orthodontics (braces) and Restorative
work (crowns, bridges and dentures).
I then successfully obtained my Diploma in General Practice (MFGDP)
at the Royal College of Surgeons in London. I then went on to work
abroad - Kibbutz (children's camp)(Israel - voluntary work), Seychelles
(Ministry of Health) and New Zealand (Health Centre).
On my return to the UK, I was pleased to say that I was successfully
accepted upon a very competitive course, which was the Masters of
Science Degree at Guys Hospital, London. I also carried out voluntary
work for "Crisis" (homeless) as well as working at a Harley
Street practice specialising in high profile cosmetic dentistry.
For my research I also obtained an MIA award at the General Dental
Council. Recently I have completed my membership in General Dental
Surgery in MGDS from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, which
is a very well recognised qualification within the profession. Currently
I am involved in undergraduate/postgraduate training for Newcastle
Dental School and have been Principal of Newcastle Dental Care since
March 2001."
